This well-known healthcare organization is looking for an IAM Lead Engineer to spearhead a long-term project. As they revamp their security department, the company is going through many audits, including of their IAM program. So, they need an IAM/Active Directory SME to help give auditors access and manage the project as it goes. This is a mostly remote position in which the person will need to come into the office twice per year.

This is a highly technical role, NOT an audit position; this role is for an active directory and IAM expert that wants to continue to be highly technical and use their plethora of skills to level up the security department while dealing with audits. This is a long-term contract for a long-term project.

Contract Duration: 24 - 60 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Active Directory

  • Preferably Centrify, Cyberark or Sailpoint also acceptable

  • Ability to script in Powershell

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with on prem and cloud environments

This position is directly responsible for the development and implementation of strategies focusing on growing our drug substance manufacturing through new and existing accounts in the assigned territory. The Director of Business Development builds an internal and external network that enables client success and identifies new clients and follows through on leads from a variety of sources.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work together with business development and leadership teams to develop strategic and tactical plans to drive the Pharmaceutical Research &amp; Development and Manufacturing sales in the territory. </li> <li>Develop existing relationships as well as identifying and developing new relationships to maximize sales</li> <li>Conduct on-going market research and maintain a detailed understanding of the potential client base across all service areas</li> <li>Carry out regular outreach, cultivate relationships, manage accounts, and secure opportunities for selling process R&amp;D, integrated CMC, intermediate, and API manufacturing (non-GMP and GMP).</li> <li>Set-up client meetings, present BioDuro-Sundia services effectively to generate new interests.</li> <li>Execute business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy</li> <li>Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, identifying opportunities, proposal presentation, closing, and expanding.</li> <li>Respond to Request for Information (RFIs) &amp; Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a timely manner.</li> <li>Work with internal stakeholders to respond to Client requests &amp; requirements.</li> <li>Assist in the generation of Fee for Service Proposals, FTE Contracts, Agreements, and Client Service Agreements etc.</li> <li>Interact with members of the management team to ensure proposals and contracts are consistent with execution plans.</li> <li>Update CRM (Salesforce) to include opportunities, proposals issued, approved projects, BD activities, and other tracking indexes.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation such as presentations, proposals, agreements, and updates. </li> <li>Represent BioDuro-Sundia at industry events and tradeshows with professional manner to gain new business leads and contacts.</li> <li>Assist in the creation of BioDuro-Sundia marketing literature and advertisements. </li> <li>Complete requested administrative reports on a timely basis. </li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> <li>This job description is subject to change at any time</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications </strong></p> <ul> <li>BS or advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutics, or an equivalent; </li> <li>A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry</li> <li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and account management</li> <li>Experience working in the pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing industry is highly preferred</li> <li>Technical knowledge or strong understanding of preclinical and clinical trial material service business</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p> <ul> <li>MBA is a plus</li> <li>Broad knowledge of the development, testing, and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products</li> <li>Strong client management skills, sales skills, and ability to keep commitments</li> <li>Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple work-streams and lead teams to coordinate client responses and negotiations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul> <li>Home office (based in US, preferably in East Coast or West Coast)</li> <li> Travel required to Client locations and conference/events, as regulations permit.</li> <li>Visit to BioDuro-Sundia corporate office and facilities in US/China, as regulations permit</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>BioDuro-Sundia employment provides the opportunity to work in beautiful San Diego, California only 5 minutes from the nearest beach.
