The Lead Human Resources, US Biologics Campus Global Product Supply (GPS) Operations has responsibility over all GPS operations across US Biologics Campus as well as integration of HR policies and strategies across the campus and all BMS organizations. The scope includes the US Biologics drug substance sites of Devens, MA (900 employees) and Syracuse (300 employees) responsibility. The leader of this team partners with the HR Lead, GPS Operations and has 4 HRBP respectively.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic HR Business Partner leadership to the site General Managers & their respective leadership teams in order to drive business performance and foster cooperation across the enterprise.

  • Leads a team of HRBPs dedicated to respective sites by articulating a clear vision, and ensuring the implementation and success of the People Strategy and the full implementation of the HR Operating Model.

  • Collaborates across the HR Operating Model (Centers of Excellence and People Services) to articulate business needs and partners in delivering solutions in ways that bring value across the enterprise

  • Accountable for the full implementation and stabilization of the HR Operating Model for both GPS sites, which includes establishing priorities with People Services and Centers of Excellence partners as well as leading the change with the sites leadership.

  • Leverages business strategy, people strategy, external best practices and organizational insights to deliver bold and innovative organizational and talent solutions, maintaining an enterprise lense.

  • Applies "systems thinking" and leads change for effectiveness of organization performance through the use of metrics and analytics in a way that drives business performance, support talent and organizational decisions.

  • In charge of driving the plant's Work Force Planning and organization efficiencies, including driving talent strategy and succession planning, and action plans to realize critical workforce needs.

  • Establishes the People Strategy to support the US Biologics Campus integrated campus approach, in close partnership with the Devens Campus Leadership

  • Takes a leadership role in creating a respectful and inclusive work environment while role-modeling the BMS Behaviors and fostering cultural diversity.

  • Represents BMS with external environment in the local/state communities and establish a proper branding strategy with key external stakeholders incl. schools, colleges and local communities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree/Certification/Licensure

College/University BA/BS Degree, Advanced Degree preferred

Experience Responsibility and minimum number of years

  • 10+ years of HR experience preferably in multinational businesses with US prior experience

Competencies Knowledge, Skills Abilities

  • Extensive experience as an HR business partner with significant leadership skills and experience building and leading global, diverse teams of HR professionals.

  • Proven success in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision making

  • Experience working with global teams

  • Proven application in leveraging business acumen and external insights to improve business and talent outcomes

  • Experience in leading change management efforts including defining change and communication plans

  • Experience in the use of metrics and analytics in a way that drives business performance

  • Demonstrated experience in applying workforce planning knowledge, engagement strategies, and succession management

  • Proven experience in working effectively within a matrixed environment and building alignment in a cross functional and team environment

  • Knowledge of external trends and factors that influence human behaviors and decision-making at the individual, group, and organizational level

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

Role primarily based in Devens, MA and will require to split time between the other BMS location in US Biologics Campus. Some travel to Central New Jersey will be required.

VIEW JOBS 1/18/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-17T00:00 Scope: The Supply Chain Engineer is responsible for assisting in supplier selection activities throughout the supply base, through process improvement initiatives of existing supply chain processes, systems, procedures and methods. The qualified individual will conduct detailed supplier analyses including capability studies for prototyping to production, total cost analysis by commodity, cost of quality trends, assist in developing and managing supplier relationships, and cost improvement efforts. The Supply Chain Engineer will also provide leadership on structured problem solving teams to proactively promote and contribute to continuous supplier improvement and a lower total cost solution within the supply chain. Duties and Responsibilities: * Will be stockholder in new development product teams to ensure that the supply base will be able to support timely product launches * Review customer purchase orders and specifications, change requests and contracts to ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in supplier selection and supply chain process plans * Participate in NCMR failure analysis activities, drive Corrective Actions when appropriate, and ensure company requirements are adequately addressed within the supply base * Participate in supplier failure analysis activities, assist with/lead Corrective Actions when appropriate and motivate supplier ongoing compliance * Support prototype and Engineering Method qualification activities to ensure the supplier will be able to meet the company's requirements and specifications * Participate in new supplier audit activities to ensure the supply base has robust process controls and capabilities to meet all existing and future company requirements both from the business perspective as well as quality * Provide technical support to the project engineering teams regarding supplier interfaces, incoming inspection criteria, and assist with supplier production ramp-up activities when required * Interface with supplier engineering and quality representatives to build a positive supplier partnership * Negotiate initial pricing on projects and new product activities as required providing timely analysis and feedback to the project teams * Review inventory, scrap, and open orders to determine the total cost of ownership with the supplier and make recommendations to processes, procedures, etc. to reduce the total cost model for the company * Research, provide, and maintain technology road maps from suppliers throughout the organization * Comply with and support company policies and programs regarding safety, security, ISO, EEO, OSHA and Anti-Kick Back * Drive for correlation between Anaren measurement techniques and suppliers emphasizing improved quality and cost * Ensure adequate first article inspection and ongoing inspection plans are in place well in advance of product arriving * Ensure suppliers have adequate disaster recovery plans or Anaren has proper strategies in place to mitigate continuity of supply * Review inventory, scrap, and open orders to determine the total cost of ownership with the supplier and make recommendations to processes, procedures, etc. to reduce the total cost model for the company * Will be supply chain technical lead on printed circuit board commodity * Perform all other related duties and assignments as assigned Essential Knowledge and Skills: * Excellent problem solving ability * Highly developed skills in oral and written communications * Broad knowledge of theory and principles of statistics and statistical process control * Diverse knowledge of inspection control methods, techniques and documentation * Competence in performing root cause analysis * Willingness to travel.
