Lead, HR Solutions
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Responsible for the daily administration of the HR Solutions Center and will serve as departmental expert while providing guidance to HRSC Ambassadors.
Lead, mentor, develop, and oversee HR Solutions Center Ambassadors while ensuring they have skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver outstanding customer service to all employee inquiries.
Develop a strong team by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and evaluating areas that require individual's support for professional growth.
Cultivate team trust and mutual respect among team members by leading with honesty, integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
Oversee day to day operations by understanding how to navigate the backend of the HRSC, understand how to interpret and leverage data metrics, know how to navigate the created knowledge database, and know how to provide support when needed.
HRSC is an always evolving and growing department and identifying opportunities that streamline and improve HR processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency, and customer satisfaction is key.
Make edits to the knowledge database and ensure data is always up to date for all departments across the board.
Collaborate closely with departmental experts (key stakeholders) to address reoccurring complex issue influx and facilitate effective problem resolution - ensure this update is also added on the knowledge database and communicated with Ambassadors.
Work closely with Sr. Manager to develop and deliver training programs and resources that ultimately support the ongoing development and knowledge growth of HRSC Ambassadors.
Ensure department remains compliant with rapidly changing laws and company policies. When new policies go into effect, ensure information is shared with HRSC Ambassadors.
Demonstrates the ability to be resourceful and takes progressive action steps with minimal guidance.
Serves as a thinking partner and remains flexible throughout the rapid business needs and changes

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-
JOB REQUIREMENTS-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has general knowledge throughout HR disciplines and has demonstrated ability to self-learn utilizing the HR Knowledge Data Base
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and produce high quality work in a fast pace setting
Has team management and people leading abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Able to accept other duties as assigned due to the rapid changing nature of work
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Willingness to go the extra mile to contribute to the success and dynamic of the HRSC
Delivers high quality customer service throughout every engagement
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-
Minimum of three (2) years' experience in customer service HR
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, but experience and/or other training/ certification may be substituted for education
HR Certification is a plus
