Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the guidance of housekeeping management, the Lead will assist with the delegation of multiple housekeeping tasks, training and orientation of new staff. They will have decision-making authority and delegate tasks in the absence of management. This can occur daily but primarily on weekends and holidays in absence of leadership.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Six (6) months Hospital Environmental Services experience and must complete training within 30 days of hire. At least one year of general cleaning work experience required.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Good communication and time management skills preferred. Must have the ability to read, write, and converse in the English language Must be physically able to manually move furnishings and equipment to facilitate thorough cleaning techniques. Needs Basic computer Skills
