Job Posting Summary

We are looking for a Lead Hospital Housekeeper, to join our Baptist Nassau Crossings ED, Environmental Services team. This position is a full-time, days opportunity from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Will be expected to spend time with 3rd shift and 2nd shif. The Lead Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Lead Hospital Housekeeper General Responsibilities:

• The Lead Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high quality standard of housekeeping by training, supervising, and motivating department personnel to ensure all tasks and schedules are completed in a efficient manner.

• Performing basic cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods.

• Maintaining assigned equipment for cleanliness and recommends repairs as needed.

• Performing all other tasks which may be assigned.
