We are looking for a Lead Hospital Housekeeper, to join our Baptist Nassau Crossings ED, Environmental Services team. This position is a full-time, days opportunity from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Will be expected to spend time with 3rd shift and 2nd shif. The Lead Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Lead Hospital Housekeeper General Responsibilities:
The Lead Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high quality standard of housekeeping by training, supervising, and motivating department personnel to ensure all tasks and schedules are completed in a efficient manner.
Performing basic cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods.
Maintaining assigned equipment for cleanliness and recommends repairs as needed.
Performing all other tasks which may be assigned.
