The following is a brief description of responsibilities to be performed by the Production Lead. This position will not be limited to just those responsibilities described below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure day to day operations of the print room.
Prioritize workflow based on due dates for printing and shipping out of all signage. Communicate with Production Manner to confirm completion of job.
Weekly printing needs- Oversee Tilly's entire graphical output and production by assisting with large and small format printing, cutting, mounting, and packing, and shipping every production job.
Oversee Sign Print Production and Delivery Process- The Production lead is responsible for the printing, delivering and tracking store signage and communicates with store/field operations and visuals teams in terms of store signage requests under the lead of the Production Manager.
Meet Timely Deadlines- Organize and maintain a productive workflow under a fast paced and often tight deadlines of various different projects.
Responsible for printing samples before certain print jobs are outsourced.
Maintenance of Equipment- Responsible for the maintenance of all large format printers, the production area, equipment, storage and return of sign tubes and media.
Presents great communication and organizational skills, keeping media organized, ensuring all stores have received the appropriate media, and notification has been given once a sign has been printed.

Ability to handle medium physical labor while juggling multiple print jobs at the same time.

Must have great communication and organization skills
Great attention to detail, ensuring signs have been printed with accurate sign numbers.
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Able to effectively print on both large and small format printers and manage multiple projects at a time.
Preferable degree in Graphic Arts and or prior experience (especially large format printers), ink and relevant media as well as current and best-practice large format printing techniques.
Experience in binding printed material together into books
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in English
Excellent written/grammatical and verbal communication skills.
Ability to track stores by count and by individual store numbers.
Must understand dimensions of graphics being printed, as well as pixels required for the size of media being printed
Ability to manage heavy workflow while meeting often tight deadlines
Must feel confident communicating project job status and feel comfortable asking for assistance when needed.
