Lead Graphic Designer, Creative Content & Digital Communications

This role serves as the "go-to" for developing and producing creative content within ADP TotalSource, a hyper-growth business called Human Resource Outsourcing. This role is not just about developing creative concepts; it's also about creating something so meaningful -- the people (our clients, their workers and our own employees) who interact with it have an experience.

This is a leading customer relationship agency that leverages the power of creativity, the beauty of an idea and the magic of technology to nurture, encourage and sustain strong relationships between brands and their customers.

You are more than a designer, you're a creative strategist and a quick learner. Your creative is fresh and clean, free of errors.

You tell an impactful story. Plus, you're constantly seeking new means to the story and you have a powerful portfolio of creative to back it up. When it comes to content, you've mastered the art of multiple channels. You know how to design for digital first -- email, web, mobile, social, virtual reality and more.

A Description of The Ideal Person:

A master writer: Let's talk real.

This is a leadership role in communications. You must be a master communicator in both written and spoken language. For you, a deck presenting ideas, writing some copy or crafting a quick press release is a lay-up in generating something noteworthy.

Ability to get buckets: Need to be driven by progress and posting actual wins on the board, while failing failures fast.

Obsessed with customer feedback: As a core belief of our company, this role is charged with carrying the baton and trumpeting this message.

The privilege and responsibility: To evaluate multiple business channels and respond with thoughtfulness, clarity, synthesized insight (e.g. industry, company, competition) and recommendations that drive the evolution of the organization towards the creation of branded experiences that provide great value to our clients. Differentiation should be inclusive of signatures offerings, service cues and more.

Pace-setter: This opportunity demands more than keeping pace. Rather, the expectation is that you set the pace amidst a group of talented passionate individuals in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Powerfully inspiring: This role is for a way-maker with the ability to leverage their unique mojo to operationalize the plan in a matrix environment of direct and non-direct reports to develop and deliver against the roadmap.

Connected: Able to understand the needs of multiple internal clients, quickly align and maintain close connection through execution of brand experience strategy.

Insightful: Leverage both quantitative and qualitative insight to build profitable/value-additive offerings in the marketplace.

Data is, literally, our middle name: If you don't love data, this isn't the place for you. This person should be insatiably curious about what the data is saying and leverage it to drive strategic recommendations.

THE CULTURE

Seeking Founder's Fire

A founder is someone with grit, that doesn't give up easily, who sees a person first and the business challenge second.

A founder has pride and swagger from knowing that when a customer gives you their worst, you show them your best.

A founder curates an environment of trust, where people look at each other with a sense that "we've got this."

A founder is obsessed with customer feedback to understand if they're making or missing the mark.

Why? Because a founder knows who the real boss is.

A founder has a sense that work is an extension of who they are, which is why nothing than their best will do. A founder is humble enough to recognize when their knowledge falls short and actively seeks to learn what they don't know.

A founder sees freedom in something everyone else doesn't ... the last bullet point of a job description. "Other duties as assigned." For them, it's a welcome mat to a generous proving ground to make the business better at every turn.

Finally, most importantly, a founder realizes "It's not about me." A master of their craft, they pass on their mojo, secret sauce and "it" willingly. Their legacy is the flame they fan in others to unleash their potential.

The Biggest Requirements:

Moxie, talent and collaboration.

That's how our founder started this business. As family, that's how we plan to keep it.
