Lead Graphic Designer, Creative Content & Digital Communications

This role serves as the "go-to" for developing and producing creative content within ADP TotalSource, a hyper-growth business called Human Resource Outsourcing. This role is not just about developing creative concepts; it's also about creating something so meaningful -- the people (our clients, their workers and our own employees) who interact with it have an experience.

Education & Experience

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent in education and work experience.

  • MBA desirable

  • Expectations

  • Develop communication touch-point strategic direction for the business -- Determine the game-plan to drive overall communication approach across target audience, messaging, channels, and measurement.

  • Create overarching communication platforms and programs to drive engagement against HRO strategic initiatives across clients, worksite employees and internal associates.

  • Concept, design, and execute on a clear and compelling value proposition. Identify partnerships that ADP HRO should source to effectively execute and maximize effectiveness of content delivery. This will include identifying and managing relationship with external creative agencies and content vendors.

  • Support ADP HRO leadership in effectively communicating key product, service, pricing, compliance, and other functionally led initiatives. Includes ongoing management of client/worksite employee portal and newsletter communication.

  • Identify opportunities to maximize communication effectiveness using ADP employees to drive client/WSE awareness and engagement.

  • Work closely with internal resources across ADP to effectively go-to-market across a variety of initiatives.

  • Experience:

  • You have regularly produced highly visible material for senior level executives in various forms -- speeches, presentations, public press announcements

  • You have demonstrated the ability to develop strategic communications for different audiences inclusive of B2B, B2C and employees

  • You have handled highly sensitive confidential information with the utmost ethical practice

  • Strategic thinker with broad perspective and, at the same time, demonstrates an acute attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience in marketing creating targeted and measured programs deployed across a variety of touch-point channels.

  • Experience working collaboratively in matrix environments and managing external partners

  • A high degree of comfort collaborating with senior leaders and across different functional groups
