JOB DETAILS:
Base Pay $20.00- $25.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shif differential
Night Shift Hours (6:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
Benefits Start on Day One

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching and development of team
Ensure team is always wearing all PPE while on the floor and ensuring all safety initiatives and requirements are being followed
Checking with supervisors to verify correct product for the daily production
Notifying supervisors of material inventory when material needs to be ordered
Cross training team to maximize full potential of the team
Working with maintenance department to ensure equipment is working and functioning properly
Daily communications to the team, to include the goal for the day and progress
Managing the team and their ability to complete their job in its entirety in the proper time frame
Qualifications
Must be able to work Monday - Saturday (12 hour shifts)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time
High school diploma or GED
