POSITION SUMMARY:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quarterly KPI's will be implemented to build transparency around performance metrics and growth opportunity: 200 Touch Points a Week (Email Campaigns, Phone Calls, Meetings/Webinars, Events
Monthly New Prospect Meeting Goals: 15-20 per month
Utilization of 3rd Party Technology to Qualify, Automate and Record leads: ZoomInfo
Lead Management
Transfer leads to Producer
Cadence Management for Targeted Prospects
Landing Page and Forms
Develop service and market specific landing pages and forms to push out in targeted campaigns
Targeted Lead Generation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education: None required; Bachelor's degree preferred
