Lead Generation Representative

Job Description

Our Lead Generation Representatives will be responsible for generating direct sales for SumnerOne's managed print services, wide format print solutions, production print solutions, and enterprise print solutions. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, building strategic relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What you will do in this role:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and new customers

• Maintain and manage customer accounts

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

To be successful in this role you have:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Willingness to learn CRM platforms such as Salesforce

• Familiarity with the printer and office equipment industry preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
