We are now looking to expand our team with a dynamic and experienced Lead Full Stack Web Developer who will drive our web development projects forward. Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, and a proven track record of leading development projects from conception to deployment. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are high-performing, responsive, and scalable. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of web applications from design through to deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.

• Design and implement scalable and robust architectures for our web applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both front-end and back-end technologies.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews and technical advice.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are cutting-edge.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps tasks as necessary. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or PHP).

• Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android).

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
