What We'll Accomplish Together
As a lead front desk associate at this Massage Envy franchised location,* essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members and guests. These include:
Leads the sales floor and drives store results through the selling team.
Executes short and long term strategies to drive store sales.
Role models and coaches best-in-class selling behaviors.
Displays expert product knowledge and helps grow associates' product knowledge which in turn, enables high performance selling.
Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager.
Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
Assists in the observation and training of new associates, including mentoring and serving as a shadow partner.
Provide excellent service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting clients.
Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area, cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room.
Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Upholding the Massage Envy brand's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
Promoting the Wellness Program.
Re-engaging inactive members.
Answering phone calls.
Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
What it Takes to Succeed
Education, Skills and Training:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
1 year in sales experience strongly preferred.
Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
Have strong phone and computer skills.
Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment.
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
Ability to work flexible days and hours.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Maintain client confidentiality.
