Responsibilities
The Sr. FP&A Analyst, Corporate is a member of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and is a strategic financial business partner to the corporate functions and other finance teams. In addition, the Sr. FP&A Analyst provides global support to the FP&A and executive leadership teams.
Reports to: Sr. Manager of FP&A, Corporate
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare, consolidate, reconcile, and review total company management reports and financial information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with counterparts in other functions and businesses to be used by Investor Relations, External Reporting, Business and Finance leaders, and Executive Leadership team
Report and analyze key components of the P&L at a global level as well as for corporate function related fixed cost spending
Support global corporate functions with quarterly financial reviews with leadership, preparation of the annual operating plan (AOP), as well as ad hoc financial support, analysis of fixed costs, and forecast updates
Support the MRO/Indirect Procurement team with financial analysis and productivity initiatives
Manage the Global Productivity Dashboard in Power BI through improved analytics and monthly updates
Collect, prepare, and report out monthly bonus metrics to the Compensation Committee leader
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests on-time in a quality manner
Interact with other finance and accounting personnel throughout the organization to execute change and process improvement
Establish and maintain a good network and cooperation with key customers and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, or equivalent
3-6 years experience in finance and/or accounting operations at a multinational company
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organization skills
Effective communication skills with peers, leaders in global FP&A, and executive leadership team
Self-motivated, confident decision maker with the ability to think strategically and resolve issues with little guidance while working in an international team environment
Process improvement mindset
Detail oriented
Strong customer focus
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various supported functions including Corporate Function leaders, cross-functional partners, and Finance leaders
SAP and SAP-BI / BPC experience, or similar ERP systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of visualization tools. Power BI and Alteryx a plus
