Performs patient/ customer food service functions involving, food purchasing, storage, and preparation. Under direct supervision.
1.Monitor Caf service.
2.Opening and closing of the Retail area.
3.Service customers in a timely manner
4.Responsible for customers' complaints.
5.Good verbal and written communication for Manager & supervisor on pm
6.Follow policies and procedures pertinent to job, department, and hospital.
7.Responsible for completion of daily tasks and duties pertaining to assigned
8.Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to operate, and clean food service
equipment in designated area according to set department standards.
9.Attends all required job related, department, and hospital inservices and
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Experience: Previous food service experience
License / Certification: Food Handler Certification ((within 60 days of hire unless certified as a Food Protection (Safety) Manager)).
Preferred Position Qualifications:
Food service experience preferred.
High School Degree or GED preferred.
