If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Financial Analyst - Americas Outage & Maintenance Services (AOMS) located at our Cranberry Township, PA headquarters or Waltz Mill-Madison, PA location.
Your Day-to-Day:
Serve as lead resource for the Americas Outage and Maintenance Services (AOMS) business supporting the Outage & Field Services (OFS), Welding & Machining (WM) and Renewables businesses with regard to financial closing, budgeting, cost accounting, analyses, and financial reporting.
Lead preparation, development and delivery of the annual business plan.
Lead the monthly closing, forecasting and reporting processes. This includes preparation and delivery of reports, analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, analysis of key variances and business trends in order to support the organization on financial performance and results.
Maintain flexible reporting and planning models in BPC, Excel, etc.
Collaborate with Sr. Finance Manager to ensure AOMS and WEC financial reporting requirements are met.
Drive enhancements in financial planning, reporting and analysis.
Assure accuracy of financial statements. Work to resolve issues on a timely basis
Coordinate the development of detailed budgets and the calculation of man-hour labor rates for the various product areas
Recommend and review accounting entries for reporting and analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet accounts
Directly support OFS, W&M and Renewables Operations team on ad-hoc initiatives
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
5+ years broadly based finance experience
Knowledge of accounting theory, generally-accepted accounting principles, internal control procedures, financial concepts (including financial planning and analytical techniques)
Experience in SAP, BPC, Business Warehouse
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated financial planning & analysis skills for Income Statement and Balance sheet
