Process all transactions, such as journal entries, accruals, month-end allocations in a timely manner and in compliance with US GAAP.
Assigned accounts are properly reconciled and documented in accordance with department and Corporate P&P. Maintain documentation to support account balances in a manner that facilitates the efficient review and audit of books and records.
Complete month-end processes to achieve an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close. Complete assigned SEC reporting schedules.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding areas of assigned responsibility
Support the audit process and provide documents as necessary to facilitate the completion of audit requests. Update SOX Narratives as requested.
Work with the Senior Manager and the Director/Assistant Controller to prepare analyses and research issues as directed.
Request and compile information for various Corporate and Tax requests.
Assist in analyzing and recording the Bad Debt Reserve requirement, GRNI and Legal Fees & Settlements
