We are currently looking for Temporary Full-Time Deployment Specialist to join our innovative, growing company.
The tech savvy Deployment Specialist will represent a major client to execute a regional effort to display the benefits of a cellular connection booster to store managers/owners and set up the devices in as many stores as possible in the duration of the program.
The Deployment Specialist will be responsible for:
Meeting daily device installment goals
Managing logistics based on given territories
Developing a plan of action with a partner each day
Managing assets, collateral materials, transportation from location to location
Understanding the device and its capabilities
Interaction with store managers and owners
Maintaining daily log of devices, hours, and locations.
Managing all aspects of program while in market
Having the ability to work as a FULL-TIME employee for the duration of the program

Presenting a professional appearance
Other duties assigned
Effective organization and planning skills detail oriented
People person, outgoing personality ability to interact with all types of people
Hardworking, energetic, desire to learn
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Previous data collection and reporting experience
Tech savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology gadgets
Ability to manage inventory
Ability to cope with rejection
Ability to respond under pressure
Ability to work weekdays during normal business hours
Previous experience working in a retail environment is a plus
Previous experience in sales/marketing is a plus

Basic business skills that come easily to you - time management, problem solving, and communication skills are inherent
MUST have driver's license, proof of current insurance and a reliable vehicle!
High School Diploma or equivalent
This is a FULL-TIME position so you must be available to work full-time
Must be able to walk, stand, and be mobile
Must be comfortable talking to all types of individuals
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
Must be able to work in all outdoor conditions
