Leading and developing a team of internal EEEO specialists and administrative staff to meet the goals and priorities of the agency.
Analyzing and interpreting complex EEO laws and policies to provide guidance and answer the most complex EEO case processing questions on behalf of the agency.
Preparing complex action plans and correspondence, and reviewing the work products of divisional staff.
Conducting studies government-wide to identify areas of improvement in EEO policies and practices to develop clear and concise standards, guidance and procedures for the agency.
Managing and processing a case load of high priority, complex cases for timely, fair and impartial processing in accordance with Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1614.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
factual situations to process and investigate complex employment discrimination complaints.
Leading, directing, executing, and evaluating an employment discrimination complaint program with skill.
Interpreting and developing EEO guidelines and procedures within a employment discrimination complaint program.
