The Lead Advanced Engineering Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient processes, quality work, and effective leadership within their technical team.Responsibilities:

Efficiency Improvement: Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to enhance efficiency in various operations (such as maintenance, production, and clerical tasks).
Standard Production Rate: Establish a standard production rate based on their analysis.

Technical Expertise:

Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within their field.
Leadership: Lead and direct the work of others.
Creativity and Latitude: The role allows for a wide degree of creativity and latitude in decision-making
Reporting Structure: Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Qualifications:

Education: Requires a high school degree or its equivalent.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in the field or a related area.
Skills: Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Desired Skills:

Soldering Experience: Specifically looking for technicians with lead-free soldering experience. This skill is valuable for electronic assembly and repair work.
