Role Summary:

The Lead Engineer HMI Engineer position requires an individual that possesses a solid understanding of visualization software, industrial communication and control systems as well as exhibits strong project management and communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Lead Engineer HMI Engineer, you will:

Provide technical leadership for assigned HMI upgrade and controls retrofit projects under the overall management responsibility of the project manager

Be accountable for on-time schedule performance, project milestones, customer deliverables, and compliance with regulations and standards

Design and implement Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens for turbine control retrofit using a variety of HMI software packages

Provide technical support to software engineers in meeting customer needs on HMI applications

Design, implement and support communication networks for control system applications

Support proposal activities for HMI project opportunities

Provide technical support of HMI and control system during commissioning to ensure customer satisfaction

Perform hardware selection of system control components for HMI solutions

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from an accredited college or university

Minimum 5 years of experience in HMI / SCADA design and/or industrial networking

Eligibility Requirements:

Travel up to 10% of time, as required

Desired Characteristics:

Knowledge or understanding of communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, TCP / IP

Strong background in HMI application software including Proficy iFix, Cimplicity, Historian based products

Track record of project work

Strong computer skills in setting up Windows based applications including Windows XP, Windows 2000, Win7 , Server 2012, Win 10

Strong troubleshooting skills including hardware, software and communication networking.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Motivated, self-starter, results oriented

Proven team player with solid cooperation, flexibility and mentoring traits

Role Summary/Purpose The Lead Nuclear and Fossil Steam Turbine Quality Engineer will lead all quality aspects of our nuclear engineered solutions and upgrade projects. In this role, you will also work to develop quality process improvements and provide guidance to customers regarding nuclear quality on complex engineering controls projects throughout the world. You will provide feedback to customers, engineers, product developers, and designers to improve product quality and effectiveness. Essential Responsibilities In the role of Lead Nuclear & Fossil Steam Turbine Quality Engineer, you will: * Provide Nuclear project QA / QC leadership to engineering in support of retrofitting control systems for steam turbines, under the overall management responsibility of the Project Manager * Review contract documentation for QA / QC codes and standards impact * Review QA / QC codes and standards and respond to customer specifications.
