CNC Programmer Responsibilities: You ll need to understand design specifications by examining the 3D models and drawings Experience in 5 axis CNC machining including Siemens Unigraphics NX CAM programming.

Inputting Product Designs into Computer Modeling Software: Translating design specifications into machine-readable instructions. Generate the CNC programs as needed Selecting appropriate tools for the job.

Fine-tuning parameters to meet desired product specifications. Identifying and resolving any problems that arise. Ensuring the final product meets quality standards.

Regular upkeep to keep the CNC equipment in optimal condition. Sharing knowledge and procedures with team members Keeping records of programs, setup sheets, and production details is crucialCNC Programmer Requirements: Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Quality / Manufacturing / Engineering Minimum 3 years in CNC programming Basic understanding of GMP Working knowledge of Quality Systems (FDA/ISO) within a regulated environment Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines Strong influencing skills.
