Summary:

This role will be Reporting to Head of Strategy & Innovation/Client Services Product Tech Lead with in Transaction Banking Technology. The Business Technology Lead/Manager is responsible for working with the business and IT teams to ensure existing systems perform optimally and to accomplish corporate goals. In addition to that, this role will play a key role in development of Client Service Product. Client Service product include capabilities that support contact center including Salesforce Service Cloud, Telephony, Self Service solutions, File Management tools, Case Manager and BPM tools. Role will require leading a team supporting development activities for Self Service application within Client Services Product line.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist team to conceive, create, and maintain IT project plans following defined project methodologies.

  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key business stakeholders, proactively identifying and addressing right capabilities that meet business, regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Convert ideas and business needs into meaningful Requirements and break down complex requirements into meaningful, structured and actionable parts

  • Researches and evaluates solutions and recommends the most efficient, strategic and cost-effective solutions for the system design

  • Develop and design presentations, reports, and other deliverables to communicate findings and make recommendations

  • Support Transformation programs with in the enterprise

  • Engage with multiple internal technology teams including infrastructure, middleware, network/system admin, enterprise security to design and develop solutions

  • Performs functional and system analysis around Client Servicing Product

  • Support Project covering Master Data Management, Payments covering ACH, WIRE, Trade Finance, Cash& Liquidity Management, Core Banking systems and Billing Systems

  • Ability to coach and motivate teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities that require superior project management and decision-making capabilities

  • Ability to establish mutually productive and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to influence non-technical aspects of technology change (e.g. business and operational architectures)

  • Ability to analyze complex organizational and technical issues related to technology and identifies opportunities to improve performance and efficiency

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Data Science, and Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Masters' degree preferred

  • Experience in banking industry and more specifically with Liquidity, Cash Management, and Core Banking systems & Transaction Banking is required.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related field with 10-15 years related experience with emphasis in Java, J2EE, database technologies (DB2 and Oracle), shell scripting, WAS/JBoss, and Spring.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining large-scale enterprise solutions

  • Proven success in working globally in a global matrix organization across teams and cultures and Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading multi-discipline technical teams with hands-one experience in leading large global teams of both full time and contract employees.

  • Must have experience with Cloud technology & Agile Methodology

  • Strong analysis and documentation skills are required. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required.

  • Must have strong technical background to enable individual to interact and facilitate effectively as liaison between business and vendor, as well as to provide requirements and assistance to technical staff.

  • Must be goal and results oriented, able to work with minimal direction and lead the activities of others

  • Detailed-oriented planner who understands business drivers toward emerging advanced technology solutions

  • Experience leading large scale organizational change and successfully managing through business transformation in ambiguous environments

  • Experience in highly distributed complex business and technology environments and emerging technologies

  • Working knowledge with data warehouse/mart design and implementation techniques

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to create messaging materials that meet stakeholder preferences, including ability to present concepts verbally
