Overview:

The role is for carrying out Business Analysis within the Cash Equity Technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across global functional domains within GET to produce business requirements enabling technical delivery from Global development team

  • Promotion of business analysis/ engineering excellence across the team

  • Deliver technology solutions across the platform that meet business demands

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery

  • Ability to balance business demands and IT fulfilment in terms of standardization, reducing risk and increasing IT flexibility

  • Drives excellence in engineering though, methodology and application - contributing to reusable approaches to technical and managerial challenges across Equities IT

  • Collaborates with peers and consumer/stakeholders in driving down asset-class silo duplication and forming the foundations of consistent cross product architecture

  • Conversant with finding and expressing opportunities through total cost of ownership methodology and facilitating execution of plans on that basis

  • Challenges the 'status quo' and influences key stakeholders to ensure industry best practice is adhered to within their area of expertise

  • Designs innovative, sustainable, solutions which are congruent with the strategic direction of the Bank. Challenges colleagues to do the same, pushing the boundaries of what is possible to deliver potential for higher levels of organizational performance

  • Must be tenacious and inclined to be a "completer-finisher"

You will be a part of a team developing a large suite of new applications, portfolio of change, whilst also generating significant revenue for Deutsche Bank. As part of Treasury Technology, you will also manage a portfolio of applications covering a range of Treasury Functions including Liquidity Risk Management, Asset Liability Management, Funds Transfer Pricing and Portfolio Management.
