Be a classroom lead teacher while also serving as a teacher mentor and age group expert
Provide support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments
Lead Educators must pass state and company background checks. Experience and educational requirements include:
Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor's degree
At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required
Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred
