MountainView Regional Medical Center is your community healthcare provider. We are a 168-bed facility, accredited by The Joint Commission, that provides a broad range of healthcare services, including inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic imaging and emergency, medical and surgical care.

Education:

Required: Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED

Required: A graduate of the Committee of Allied Health and

Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited sonography program or equivalent training in a non-academic environment providing eligibility for credentialing through CCI or ARDMS.

Experience:

Preferred: Include at least one (1) year of experience as an Echo Technologist in an acute care setting

Able to demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Licenses/Certificates:

Required: Starting July 1st 2019 - New Mexico State Licensure in Cardiac Sonography

Required: Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in cardiology or equivalent - (RDCS, RCS, or ACS)

Required: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required - Due by close on the last day of the month after one full month of work.
