Lead Dispatcher

Overview and Essential Functions Prince Telecom LLC is looking for a new dispatcher team member responsible for communicating with customers, subscribers, technicians and other company representatives to assist and resolve field related inquiries or problems. Qualifications ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Track and monitor technician schedules and adjust workload when necessary.

Communicate closely with technician management via chat, email and phone regarding schedules, time off requests, jump techs, meetings, call offs, etc.

Act promptly on implementing any quota changes Communicate any schedule/quota issues or concerns to operations and dispatch management Access, input and routinely update quota information in the customer's database Work with operations management on new quota builds for their markets Constant engagement with our tech headcount goals to ensure our forecasted quota builds are accurate and updated as our resource needs fluctuate Oversee the quota team and check behind all quota builds for completion and accuracy, ensuring future 90 day quota builds are in place Understand the importance of accurate quota builds and aim to avoid unintentional overbooking May prepare reports, track information, or perform other similar duties as requested Other duties may be assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have any supervisory responsponsibilities. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Entry level computer skills preferred.

Advanced math skills Advanced written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment.
