Position Title: LEAD DIETITIAN - JACKSONVILLE, FL AREA

Pay Grade: 14

Reports To: Director of Nutrition Systems

Job Summary

We are searching for a Full-Time, Salaried Lead Dietitian for Ascension St. Vincent's Clay in Middleburg, FL (Jacksonville Area).

• We pay professional dues for our RDs including CDR fees, Academy or ASPEN annual membership and state license fees!!
• Touchpoint encourages our clinical dietitians to pursue advanced clinical certifications such as CDCES, CNSC, CSO, etc. We offer a $2,500 one-time salary increase for successfully obtaining an advanced certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides nutrition assessment, modified diet formulation, self-management training and nutrition intervention

• Complies with all regulatory standards, including federal, state and accrediting agencies

• Adheres to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies where applicable

• Participates in facility-wide and departmental Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Programs

• Identifies weekly treatment goals and communicates individual client needs to treatment team

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and Registered Dietitian in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, required

• Advanced Practitioner Certification and other advance practice, preferred

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Registered Dietitian

• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required

• Experience with computers and programs including Microsoft Office Suite required
