YOUR ROLE AS A LEAD DIESEL TECHNICIAN

As the Lead Diesel Technician at Rexco Equipment, Inc, you'll be at the helm of the service team, providing training, guidance, and work direction to our technicians. You will assist our Service Advisor in scheduling work to maximize efficiency and ensure tasks align with technicians' strengths.

Reporting unusual technical or personnel issues to supervisors will be part of your daily routine, along with monitoring work quality and providing input for performance reviews. By operating diagnostic equipment and conducting thorough inspections, you'll diagnose faults and determine necessary repairs, all while maintaining detailed records. Upholding safety standards and attending training sessions will be key in this exciting and dynamic position.
