Lead Developer

Looking for a Lead Developer to help design and implement enterprise SAAS software. We want someone who takes pride in his or her work and will take responsibility to help build a great product. You will also be working closely with the product team so the design can be done in parallel and we can move quickly. This position will help set strategy for new product initiatives and be using cutting-edge technology to accomplish. Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in every aspect of our backend and frontend development.

• Work closely with product owners to understand business needs and guide the technical solutions.

• Routinely apply design patterns and knowledge of Test-Driven Development.

• Review code for potential performance improvements, redundancy elimination, and increased scalability.

• Prepare and conduct system performance tests; evaluate and troubleshoot issues.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Backend development experience.

• Minimum 2 years of Frontend development experience.

• Minimum 2 years as a Software Dev Lead

• Expertise in writing reusable and performant code.

• Experience with back-end frameworks based on Java and Spring.

• Proficiency in working with multiple datastores such as MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.

• Experience in restructuring, re-factoring

Preferred Qualifications

• 9+ years of development experience overall

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
