The Lead Dental Assistant's mission is to increase practice production and profitability by optimizing patient flow, delivering outstanding customer service and increasing patient satisfaction.

Experience leading multi-dimensional, cross-functional tasks.
Ability to handle a diverse workload with a tight time frame
Ability to summarize information and succinctly communicate the needs of the business to the team.
Directly supervises 5-25 dental employees. Assist in interviewing, training, directing work assignments, appraisal reviews and performance management, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
High school diploma or GED.
Radiography experience preferred.
Dental Assistant schooling preferred.
Nitrous Oxide CODA course completion
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in providing outstanding customer service
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in performing dental procedures as it relates to pediatric treatment
In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines and procedures
