The Lead, Demand and Portfolio Management collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand. The Lead, Demand and Portfolio Management works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
- The Lead, Demand and Portfolio Management organizes and prioritizes projects and programs within portfolios based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Builds and maintains positive relationships with aligned partners, technology leaders, and other key stakeholders. Engages with appropriate IT service organizations to coordinate project delivery and find resolution for non-project needs.
8+ years of technical experience
5+ years of project and program leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Advanced experience leading special projects and programs and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Experience with managing Marketing and/or Consumer Analytics Initiatives
