CHI Health at Home is looking to hire a Customer Support Coordinator Team Lead to their growing team in Milford, Ohio!

This position will be based in our corporate office and will not be a remote or work from home opportunity.

The Lead Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for meeting the needs of clients and field staff on requests for service. The Lead CSC is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, staff, and case managers to promote the company's services. In addition, the Lead CSC provides support for the CHI Health at Home STAR Center operations with various office functions and tasks.

  • Performs daily duties that are required with the STAR Center Customer Support Coordinator position including answering phones and responding to telephone inquiries from clients, associates and referral sources.

  • Provides support with typing and data entry, record keeping, copying, faxing, organizing, stocking office supplies and all other common office tasks.

  • Performs periodic walk-through in all common areas to ensure they are cleaned and straightened.

  • Attends and assists at staff meetings.

  • Assists with new and on-going training of CHI Health at Home STAR Center Associates.

  • Establishes and maintains associate work schedules. Ensures appropriate staffing levels. Will assist with staffing when office call-offs occur.

  • Oversees database accuracy and reporting. Maintains accuracy of contact information, branch information, cheat sheets, etc.

  • Monitors completion of overnight activities; i.e., insurance verifications, organizational level verifications, etc. Participates in and facilitates these activities as necessary

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience with office processes and systems.

  • Associates degree required. In lieu of Associates degree, an additional two years related experience will be considered.

  • Good computer skills. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel preferred. Working knowledge of office equipment.

  • Detail oriented, strong organizational, time management and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Able to clearly understand and follow instructions and work with limited supervision.

  • Customer Service focused.

  • High level of confidentiality is required.
