Job Description: Summary-Provide effective guidance for team members on a daily basis. Ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. -Lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.-Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office.-Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory ordering where necessary.-Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals.-Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.-Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.-Communicates deadlines.-Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.   • High School Diploma or Associates degree with 1.5 - 4 years of experience

  • Additional training or education in area of specialization

  • Works on a variety of assignments requiring considerable judgement and initiative

  • As as skilled and experienced specialist, completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways

  • Able to draft or modify training materials and procedural documentation accurately

  • Skilled in handling challenging communications with external contacts for escalated matters

  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

  • Serves as facilitator and team leader, allocating work and providing guidance and training to others in field of specialization

  • Perform quality assurance on work of others in team
