Performs various food service duties including but not limited to: planning and perform most activities associated with the purchases, receipts, storage, inventory and distribution of all food and supply items for 4 locations. Must be able to work at a high level of productivity while remaining on your feet for extended periods of time in a chilled work environment.
Fulfills necessary side-work and additional duties to ensure a smooth workflow. Cleans and sanitizes work area / equipment in accordance with established procedures.
