Our Workforce Health Services Organization is looking for a new Lead Consumer Advocate to join the team! As a Lead Consumer Advocate, you will work in a collaborative call center environment to answer consumers' questions about health benefits and assist them with scheduling appointments. You will facilitate consumer referrals to services and resources, including employee assistance programs, community-based services and mental health support, helping consumers understand how to identify and access care in the most appropriate setting. In addition, you will support consumers' adherence to their individual care plan, connecting them with the appropriate resources.

High School Diploma or GED
At least 7 year of Medical Terminology work experience
At least 7 years of Clinical or health care work experience
Willing to travel up to 0-20% of the time as needed
Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO
