Job Summary

The Lead Compliance Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the organization's compliance function. This role involves leading and managing compliance programs, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing

• Lead and manage the organization's compliance programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to support a culture of ethical and legal conduct.

• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues and vulnerabilities.

• Ensure that the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Develop and deliver compliance training programs and resources for employees at all levels.

• Monitor and report on compliance activities, including investigations, violations, and corrective actions.

• Lead and coordinate responses to compliance violations and incidents.

• Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address compliance-related inquiries and issues.

• Identify opportunities to enhance compliance programs and processes and implement improvements.

• Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, reports, and investigations.

Qualifications - what you need to perform the job

Education, Certification and Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, compliance, or a related field.

• Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience (minimum years required):

• 8 - 10 years' experience in compliance management and leadership roles.

Skill Requirements

• Strong knowledge of compliance principles, regulations, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of incident response and investigations is an advantage.

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel):

• Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.

• Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.

• May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule
