Handle the more difficult collection calls as determined by center management. These calls could include escalated no pay calls, do not call accounts,hot cycles, or other areas that warrant additional experience and ability.

Review credit and other available information on delinquent accounts, evaluateprospects for collection of delinquent amount. Provide feedback to management on effectiveness of processes and suggestions on processimprovements. Provide feedback to account managers regarding escalations, including techniques used to secure payment. Apply checks andbalances to ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.

Works under general supervision

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

May orient, train, assign andcheck the work of lower level employees.

Moderate supervision, may vary from established procedures.

Communication SkillsStrong written and verbal skills, good analytical ability, and demonstrated leadership ability.

Strong to moderate written and verbal communication skills to apply basic analytical and leadership ability in limited situations.

Decision Making / Problem Solving Moderate decision making that may directly affect the department; moderate problem solving skills routinely required; ability to solve most generalproblems using own resources and past experiences.

Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes

Must have a minumum of No pay or Charge offs 6 months experience to be considered for this role ( pg 46 or 47).

Currently, we are looking for a Data Services Team Lead (10am-6pm Monday-Friday) support our Document Control team in the West Valley City office located near the Maverik Center. Responsibilities You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team lead, you will be the contact point for team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be a able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
