Handle the more difficult collection calls as determined by center management. These calls could include escalated no pay calls, do not call accounts,hot cycles, or other areas that warrant additional experience and ability.
Review credit and other available information on delinquent accounts, evaluateprospects for collection of delinquent amount. Provide feedback to management on effectiveness of processes and suggestions on processimprovements. Provide feedback to account managers regarding escalations, including techniques used to secure payment. Apply checks andbalances to ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.
