Prior experience in childcare preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be willing to learn and appreciation our core values which are: Collaboration, Innovation, Communication, Nurturing, Positivity & Fun Ability to work well in a team Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. the ability to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
