Lead Teachers have direct responsibility for educating, caring for, and supervising the children in their class. They must possess essential skills such as promoting positive interactions, planning and organizing activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment. Moreover, they demonstrate daily affectionate, caring, and friendly behaviors while guiding the children, and maintain consistent communication with parents and the Director throughout the day.
