Education/Training Requirement Options: (1) HS graduation or GED with 15 semester units (or equivalent quarter units) in early childhood education AND 4 years of experience in licensed day care/group child care program; OR (2) AA degree with a major or emphasis in early childhood education or child development AND 2 years of experience in licensed day care/group child care program; OR (3) BA degree with a major or emphasis in early childhood education or child development AND 1 year of experience in licensed day care/group child care program; OR (4) Child Development Site Supervisor Permit issued by CTC.
