Lead Certified Medical Assistant

Lead Certificed Medical Assistant/LPN##must be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program and certified or registered#or current NC LPN.# Minimum of 6 months prior medical #experience, with a preference of at least one year.

Knowledge of medications and the ability to interpret laboratory data, as well as functional utilization of acquired information the delivery of patient care.# Venipuncture skills are preferred.# AHA BLS certification required.# Ability to multitask, including a high level of performance in computing skills, and proficiency in billing assistance. In addition to functioning as a CMA or LPN, this lead positon will assist the Clinic Manager with interview/hiring process, the implemention of policiies and procedures, training of new staff members, providing feedback for annual employee evaluations, providing notification of patient safety concerns, and areas for process improvement
