Maplewood Medical Associates, part of Atlantic Medical Group, is currently seeking an experienced CMA to assume the lead role in this busy practice.
The Lead CMA will perform clinical as well as administrative functions, i.e., manage patient flow, room patients, vital signs, patient intake, and register and schedule patients in a practice management system
Assume responsibility for ACO and quality measure management and staff competencies
High school Diploma required
Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program
Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NCCT or NHA required
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate physician schedule
Must be proficient in venipuncture and vaccine administration
Position requires one evening shift per week, and rotation of Saturday morning 8AM-12Noon when needed
Previous experience in this setting is required.
