CASHIER LEAD I

HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL-TIME!

• Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025

• Schedule: Full-time, shifts include weekends and holidays.

Duties:

• Exchange Cash for Chips and Chips for Cash

• Cash Checks and process credit card advances

• Handle pit fills and credits

• Enter card room employee's tips into the tip system

• Ensure that your cart is counted in and out everyday

Additional Lead Duties:

• Supervises cage cashiers, vault cashiers and drop team.

• Resolves customer issues with check cashing, credit card advance and ATM processing.

• High level of employee and guest contact.

• Assures financial security of assets in cash services and the accuracy of records.

Job Requirements:

• Previous cash handling experience.

• Experience in supervising cashiers/bank tellers is a plus.

• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act compliance requirements or ability to be taught this information.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work towards amicable conflict resolution.

• Knowledge ATM and cash handling equipment use and problems or ability to be taught this information.

• Previous Casino/Banking experience a plus.
