Job Description Job Description Job description Perform all Carpentry related tasks on a given project. Maintain high quality craftsmanship, accurate, thorough, and timely preparation of work and clear comprehension of all aspects of the project.

Know and understand all project documents. Maintain and update project schedule in the Builder Trend program daily. Efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower and materials on each project.

Create materials list and order with ample lead time for delivery. Check materials delivered for accuracy in quantity, measurement, and quality. Schedule and supervise inspections.

Supervise other Carpenters on your job site. Schedule and supervise Subcontractors on your job site and ensure adherence to the Subcontractor SOP. Communicate client change orders to the Construction Manager prior to execution.
