Lead Carpenter/Foreman

We have an immediate opening for a Lead Carpenter/ Foreman position. Position overview As a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee and execute our remodeling projects with precision and care. Your role will encompass both hands-on carpentry work and team leadership, ensuring each project is completed on time, and to the highest standard of quality.

You will act as a mentor and guide to other carpenters, driving a culture of excellence and collaboration on every job site. Expected Responsibilities Lead carpentry work on residential remodeling projects. Supervise a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.

Coordinate with project managers and designers to ensure project goals and client expectations are met. Perform site inspections to ensure quality control. Manage materials and resources efficiently to reduce waste and optimize project timelines.

Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates and address concerns. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential carpentry. Proven leadership experience in managing carpentry teams and projects.

Expertise in interior framing, trims, cabinetry, doors, and window installations. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical drawings, and execute plans accurately.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
