The ideal candidate will embody friendliness, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities. You will need to maintain high standards and showcase a knack for creative problem-solving and leadership within a team. You will also need to maintain a professional appearance, demonstrating trustworthiness, fostering a growth-oriented mindset, and striving for success, both individually and for the team. You should also want to expand your knowledge, assist others, build exceptional spaces, and find fulfillment in the process. 

A few must haves:

  • 15+ years of experience of residential remodeling
  • 10+ years of new construction framing experience
  • 10+ years of experience of leading a remodeling or building crew
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance with a clean driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening

What you will do:

  • Examine a project to understand the necessary tasks and effectively lead the execution of the work
  • Complete all necessary carpentry tasks, including both rough and finish carpentry
  • Guide and oversee your team to successfully accomplish top-notch remodeling projects
  • Provide mentorship and training to continuously enhance
    your team’s carpentry skills
  • Efficiently communicate with subcontractors and homeowners, all while maintaining an outstanding client experience
  • Effectively communicate with Project Management for all estimating and scheduling, ensuring the project remains on schedule
  • Full time, at least 40 hours per week
  • Mon- Thurs- 7:00am to 4:30 pm; Fri- 7:00 am to 11:00 am

The perks:

  • Wages: $28.00 to $35.00 /hour, based on experience and skill level
  • Company Vehicle after 90 days probationary period

  • $600/year tool allowance, after 1 year of employment
  • Paid vacation after 90 days; amount based on tenure
