Lead Carpenter

Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Works at construction sites performing tasks such as demolition, installation of all interior and exterior finishes, doors/frames and general framing knowledge and execution.

General Responsibilities: Reads plans, instructions, and specifications to determine scope of work Measures, marks, or records openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed Demolish and install interior finishes Assist with other tasks as needed, such as painting Picking up materials as required Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on-site quickly and amicably Able to operate construction equipment, such as forklift, if needed Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years Commercial Construction experience, particularly in removing and replacing interior and exterior finishes Must provide own truck and all tools Understanding of basic plumbing and electrical systems Ability to communicate and report effectively Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving skills
