Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Carpenter / Construction Manager at CedarStone Design and Build in Eugene, OR. We seek a skilled carpenter well-versed in building science principles who can take on a leadership role in executing high-quality, high-performance residential projects with expert craftsmanship. The role involves overseeing construction projects, managing teams, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry and construction management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Experience with project management software Willingness to take initiative and pioneer a management system and approach with our team.
