Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center.
Responsible for call center scheduling and ensuring there are no gaps in coverage during specified call center hours.
Receive and transfer calls. Also responsible for tracking and reporting call volume.
Answer general Alcon related questions and provide information and direction as requested.
Provide assistance with difficult callers or with callers with unique needs or concerns.
Update and maintain the phone directory database.
Ensure call center staff is up to date on training requirements.
Provide feedback / coaching to call center staff.
