This Opportunity

kW MCE is seeking a Lead CAD/Revit Specialist for their Tempe, AZ office. The CAD/Revit Specialist will work along side the Electrical Discipline Leader and aid in electrical projects that arise.

Job Responsisbilies

• Understands Electrical trade specific scope of project.

• Participates in the implementation of Electrical BIM standards.

• Participates in Electrical BIM standards, processes, and procedures.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparation and creation of project layouts, drawings, and deliverables.

• Provide CAD and Revit drafting training and guidance to junior and senior operators.

• Modify AutoCAD user interface to simplify and improve drafting progress.

• Participates in Quality Control based on office's CAD/BIM standards of quality.

• Works with Electrical vendors on content download and updates to the office standards

• Contributes to the content development of Electrical department standards, calculations, memos, etc.

Minimum Competencies:

• 7+ years of experience
