This Opportunity
kW MCE is seeking a Lead CAD/Revit Specialist for their Tempe, AZ office. The CAD/Revit Specialist will work along side the Electrical Discipline Leader and aid in electrical projects that arise.
Job Responsisbilies
Understands Electrical trade specific scope of project.
Participates in the implementation of Electrical BIM standards.
Participates in Electrical BIM standards, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparation and creation of project layouts, drawings, and deliverables.
Provide CAD and Revit drafting training and guidance to junior and senior operators.
Modify AutoCAD user interface to simplify and improve drafting progress.
Participates in Quality Control based on office's CAD/BIM standards of quality.
Works with Electrical vendors on content download and updates to the office standards
Contributes to the content development of Electrical department standards, calculations, memos, etc.
Minimum Competencies:
7+ years of experience
